Social landlords and local authorities

Discover a new tool for transforming real estate and community management. Virtual reality offers you new ways of improving tours, offering training courses, raising awareness and optimizing your urban projects.

Virtual reality offers social landlords innovative tools for improving their services. In particular, it enables remote virtual tours of housing units. It is also a tool for training professionals and raising tenant awareness on a wide range of topics, such as energy saving and waste sorting. Last but not least, it can helpmake development projects more tangible and inclusive by supporting urban planning and community involvement.

Our application provides privileged access to all virtual souvenirs, E-learning training programs, detailed apartment tours, and immersive visualizations of urban development projects. It transcends the simple dissemination of information to create a true virtual community space. Tenants can actively participate in events and initiatives, reinforcing their sense of belonging and the social landlords' commitment to them.

Our strategy

To help you and your tenants easily integrate this tool into your daily life, we offer workshops to raise awareness of this new technology.

Creative workshops to democratize virtual reality :

We run creative workshops in collaboration with local associations. The aim is to arouse tenants' curiosity and familiarize them with virtual reality through our application. The workshops feature the creation of cardboard virtual reality helmets that they can combine with their smartphones. They'll be able to find all the VR experiences we've created for the landlord. These workshops are open to young and old alike.

Intergenerational transmission:

Following these creative workshops, often carried out with children, we rely on the transmission of intergenerational information, but for people who are more isolated or in a situation of digital exclusion, we offer catch-up workshops adapted to their needs.

Examples of our collaborations

Virtual souvenir

To capture and preserve these moments of togetherness, we created a virtual memoir for the social landlord 100&1 vies habitatby immortalizing a Christmas Market through an interactive 360° video. Our cutting-edge technology and expertise enabled us to offer an immersive experience to residents, who were able to immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere of the event, helping to reinforce their sense of belonging to the community. This project not only illustrates the landlord's commitment to using advanced technologies to strengthen community ties, but also serves as a valuable time capsule, enabling everyone to relive these magical moments and participate virtually, anytime, anywhere.

As part of an initiative to make virtual reality more accessible to residents, we ran workshops to build cardboard VR headsets, inspired by the Google Cardboard concept, for tenants of social landlords 100&1 vies habitat and Les résidences Yvelines. These hands-on workshops enabled participants to build their own VR headsets, democratizing access to various immersive experiences we created in collaboration with the landlords. This approach not only promoted digital inclusion, but also stimulated residents' interest and engagement with VR technology, offering them a new window onto enriching and educational virtual worlds. What's more, these workshops have strengthened the community by bringing people together around common projects.
